The Emotional Wellbeing Team, Alcohol & Other Drugs Team, and Active Minds from the Center for Student Wellness and Health Promotion are hosting their 2nd Check-In Chat of the Spring quarter! Come join us to learn about various tools to combat unhealthy coping habits affecting college students! We will also engage in fun group activities that encourage drug abuse prevention and harm reduction! We understand how challenging this time of the quarter is so we want to offer you an outlet to take care of your mental health properly. We hope you’ll be there!
